The Wall Family

March 31, 2015

Families are great, aren't they? The interactions, the fun and love that is so much part of it all. When I film families I always ask about those things that are so important to them. For instance:

Don has this 'Moke' - I used to spray paint them years ago - that he drives around. We went to a really nice paddock and he drove that thing through the long grass. During the day there were many references of the car breaking down in times past, and guess what happened as we were filming? It broke down...

Susan and Don have two beautiful girls who are both very gifted. One plays the guitar and sings beautifully, the other loves literature, dancing. Both Don and Susan support children in Vanuatu and so they pulled out the photo album. The Walls have two beautiful dogs as well, so they got to receive some love while the camera was running...

The reason I love filming families, is because it truly captures the moments, the interactions of that particular time. I have old VHS tapes of our family when our four kids were much younger. I put all those tapes on DVD and needless to say, watching my family as they were 25 years ago is pure gold and that footage means a lot to me as a dad, and to my whole family. I now have footage of my grand kids as well!

I would like to encourage you to get your own family film that you will be able to see years from now. Your family can star in their own movie! Please feel free to contact me for further info:)
