When your teenagers graduate

November 22, 2013

Recently, our son Joshua graduated from High School - and starting a new chapter in his life...

I must say that we really had mixed emotions as parents; all those years of school - learning to get along with other students, learning from the teachers, passing tests and so on. But now the time has come for the student to enter the workforce and begin living in a complete different environment...

Anyway, here are a few images of our boy on his prom night:)

I am getting that tie from my boy, he doesn't need it....

It was so much fun watching all those cars arrive one by one; One girl arrived on her skateboard - actually, it is called a 'ripstick'

One of the things they did at school, is on the last day each student went and thanked the teachers and said their goodbyes. Needless to say, it was a very emotional time and a great tradition of the Gin Gin state High School...if you are wondering where Joshua is, just look at the hairstyles :)

Needless to say, we are very proud of our son - he did so well at school and we are confident that he will do very well in the next chapter of his life....
